This Privacy Policy explains how Akkaro, operated by Junaid Shameer (“we,” “us,” or “our”), collects, uses, shares, and protects information when you use the Auryn Pro mobile application.

Information we collect

• Account information: name, email address, authentication identifiers, and profile information when you register or sign in with email or Google.
• App and gameplay information: game sessions, progress, rewards, balances, tickets, giveaway entries, referrals, shop activity, subscription entitlement, and related transaction records.
• Device and security information: device model, operating-system information, app version, device/app identifiers, network status, IP-derived information, and security or abuse-prevention events.
• Supported-game usage: with your permission, Android usage-access information needed to confirm that a supported game is running and to measure eligible play sessions. We do not use this permission to read messages, photos, contacts, or the content of other apps.
• Advertising information: Google Mobile Ads may process advertising identifiers, ad interactions, diagnostics, and approximate location inferred from an IP address according to your device settings and applicable consent choices.
• Purchase information: Google Play processes payments. We receive purchase tokens, product identifiers, subscription status, order references, and expiry information to verify and provide Premium access. We do not receive your full payment-card details.
• Communications: information you provide when contacting support or submitting information for manual fulfillment.

How we use information

We use information to operate and secure Auryn Pro; authenticate users; track eligible gameplay; provide rewards, subscriptions, giveaways, referrals, and shop features; process support requests; deliver notifications; prevent fraud and abuse; diagnose failures; analyze and improve the app; comply with law; and show or measure advertising.

How information is shared

We do not sell personal information. We share information only as needed with service providers that operate the app, including Google Firebase and Google Sign-In, Supabase, Google Play Billing, Google Mobile Ads (AdMob), and infrastructure or email providers. We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect users or the service, or as part of a business transfer subject to appropriate safeguards.

Permissions

Auryn Pro may request internet and network access, notifications, display-over-other-apps access for its optional floating tracker, usage access to verify supported-game sessions, foreground-service access, wake lock, boot-completed access, and battery-optimization exclusion for reliable tracking. You can control optional permissions in Android settings, although related features may stop working.

Retention and security

We retain information only as long as necessary for the purposes described above, including maintaining your account and transaction history, preventing abuse, resolving disputes, and meeting legal obligations. Retention periods vary by data type. We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards, but no electronic system is completely secure.

Your choices and deletion requests

You may request access, correction, or deletion of your account and personal information by emailing support@akkaro.live from the email associated with your account. We may need to verify your identity. Some transaction, security, or legal records may be retained where required or permitted by law. You can reset or limit advertising identifiers through Android settings and manage your Google Play subscription through Google Play.

Children’s privacy

Auryn Pro is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact us so we can investigate and delete it where required.

International processing

Our service providers may process information in countries other than yours. Where required, information is handled using appropriate legal safeguards.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as the app or legal requirements change. We will post the revised policy at this URL and update the date above.
